With a career spanning leading roles at organizations such as mPharma, Esoko, Meqasa, and AmaliTech, Jahlom brings an unmatched blend of engineering excellence, leadership, and innovation to every project he touches.
Currently serving as the Head of Technology at Kost Konsult & Solutions, he oversees all technical operations—including backend systems, web platforms, mobile applications, DevOps, quality assurance, support engineering, product management, user experience, and infrastructure. He also leads the engineering strategy for the groundbreaking Oya! Platform, a digital transport and logistics ecosystem transforming urban mobility and commerce in Ghana.
At mPharma, he contributed to developing data-driven solutions for the healthcare supply chain; at Esoko, he helped build agriculture-focused tech products that connect farmers with essential market insights; and at meQasa, he supported one of Ghana’s leading property platforms by refining digital experiences for both property seekers and sellers. In addition, Jahlom is a seasoned data engineering expert, actively contributing to Amalitech’s data infrastructure by building scalable data platforms using cutting-edge technologies such as Microsoft Fabric.
