Ebenezer Ntiamoah Ampadu is the Co-Founder and Chief Innovation Officer (CIO) of MatrixSprint, and a Visionary Leader, Growth Hacker, Web Designer, Product Manager, and Automation Tester. With a unique blend of creativity, strategy, and technical depth, Ebenezer leads the innovation backbone of MatrixSprint — a company focused on building smart tools that help African businesses run better, scale faster, and operate with clarity.

He is the driving force behind MatrixSprint’s digital platforms and infrastructure, architecting systems that are user-focused, scalable, and grounded in solving real business challenges. From ERP platforms and custom web applications to backend automation and legal service delivery tools, his approach is always anchored in practical execution.

Ebenezer holds an MBA in Management Information Systems from the University of Ghana, Legon, and a Postgraduate Diploma in Management Information Systems from GIMPA. This academic foundation, combined with a decade of hands-on experience, shapes his sharp understanding of how technology, systems, and people intersect in business.

Over the years, he has played key roles in the design and execution of high-impact products like the MatrixSprint ERP, OakFuel, the OYA Ecosystem (transport, hiring, parcel, and fuel), and the Legal Access Portal — all of which have been developed to meet the needs of startups and SMEs in Ghana and beyond. His portfolio also includes MatrixSprint Academy, a growing online training platform for technical and operational upskilling.

Ebenezer’s passion lies in making digital systems feel intuitive and essential — bridging the gap between innovation and everyday business use.

“Technology isn’t magic — it’s a tool. My job is to make sure that tool is simple, scalable, and always serving a real purpose. That’s how we build at MatrixSprint — with meaning and clarity.”
