Bundles allow you to sell multiple products or product variants together as a single package. They are useful for promotional sets (e.g., \u201cStarter Kit\u201d) or pre\u2011assembled kits that should be sold under one SKU at a combined price. When a bundle is sold, the system deducts stock from each component product based on the quantities defined in the bundle.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t

Accessing Bundles<\/h3>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

  • Navigate to Products \u2192 Bundles from the left\u2011hand navigation. The Bundles page lists existing bundles with columns for Name, SKU, Barcode, Quantity, Price, Created At and Actions.<\/p><\/li>

  • Use the Search bar to quickly locate a bundle by name or SKU. The Actions column includes icons to edit or delete a bundle.<\/p><\/li><\/ul>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t

    Creating a Bundle<\/h3>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
    \n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t

    • Click New Bundle at the top right of the Bundles page. This opens the Create Bundle form.<\/p><\/li>

    • Fill out the Basic Information section:<\/p>

      • Bundle Name \u2013 a descriptive title for the bundle (required).<\/p><\/li>

      • SKU \u2013 a required stock keeping unit. This helps organize your inventory according to your business structure and flow<\/p><\/li>

      • Description \u2013 optional text describing the bundle.<\/p><\/li>

      • Stock Quantity \u2013 number of bundle units available for sale. This is tracked separately from the underlying products and determines how many bundles you can sell.<\/p><\/li>

      • Barcode \u2013 optional barcode for scanning at POS.<\/p><\/li>

      • Discount % \u2013 optional discount percentage to apply to the combined price of the items in the bundle.<\/p><\/li><\/ul><\/li>

      • Enter pricing in the Pricing section. The system displays an Items Total (sum of the individual item prices) and suggests a Bundle Price based on the selected discount. You can override the suggested price if you wish.<\/p><\/li>

      • Add items in the Bundle Contents section. Click Add Item to add a new row. For each row:<\/p>

        • Item Type \u2013 choose Product Variant (default) or Bundle if you want to include another bundle as a component.<\/p><\/li>

        • Product Variant \u2013 search and select the product variant to include. Only variants with available stock are shown.<\/p><\/li>

        • Quantity \u2013 specify how many units of the selected variant are included in one bundle. For example, a bundle might include two units of a particular variant.
          You can add multiple items by repeating this process. Use the trash icon to remove a row if needed.<\/p><\/li><\/ul><\/li>

        • Review the bundle details. The Items Total and suggested price will update automatically as you add or remove items.<\/p><\/li>

        • Confirmation required: When you are ready to save the new bundle, click Create Bundle. This action will create the bundle and make it available in POS, Quick Sale. Make sure to obtain confirmation before clicking Create Bundle, as creating a bundle modifies your product catalogue.<\/p><\/li><\/ul>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t

          Editing a Bundle<\/h3>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

          • To edit an existing bundle, click the edit icon (pencil) in the Actions column of the Bundles table. This opens the Edit Bundle form with all fields pre\u2011filled.<\/p><\/li>

          • You can modify the bundle name, SKU, description, stock quantity, barcode, discount, price or the list of items. Use the Add Item button to include additional products or bundles, or remove items using the trash icon.<\/p><\/li>

          • After making changes, click Update Bundle to save. This will update the bundle\u2019s details across the system. Ask for confirmation before clicking Update Bundle.<\/p><\/li><\/ul>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t

            Deleting a Bundle<\/h3>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

            • To delete a bundle, click the delete icon (trash) in the Actions column. The system will prompt you to confirm the deletion.<\/p><\/li>

            • Deleting a bundle permanently removes it from your catalogue, but the underlying products remain unaffected. Confirm deletion only if you are certain the bundle is no longer needed.<\/p><\/li><\/ul>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t

              How Bundles Work During Sales<\/h3>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
              \n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t

              • Bundles appear as single items in POS, Quick Sale. When a bundle is added to a cart, the system automatically lists it with its price and quantity.<\/p><\/li>

              • Selling a bundle reduces the stock of each component variant according to the quantities defined in the bundle. For example, if a bundle contains two units of a variant, selling one bundle will deduct two units from that variant\u2019s stock.<\/p><\/li>

              • Bundle pricing can be lower than the sum of individual items to incentivise purchases. The discount field makes it easy to set a lower combined price.<\/p><\/li><\/ul>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t

                • Use clear names and SKUs. This helps staff identify bundles quickly during sales and inventory operations.<\/p><\/li>

                • Track bundle stock separately. Even if component products are in stock, you cannot sell more bundles than the bundle stock quantity. Update the stock quantity manually when assembling new bundles.<\/p><\/li>

                • Apply discounts thoughtfully. Use the discount percentage to provide a consistent reduction across all bundles, or override the suggested price for promotional campaigns.<\/p><\/li>
